  • Register to be a safe city by submitting the preparation report to WHO
  • Constantly perform the business according to the 6 standards to be a safe city and
    build a long-term supervising system of local society damaging factors
  • Submit the application and get an approval as an internationally safe city by WHO (2011~2012)
